It reminded me on LinkedIn, when I see "Influencer" or "disruptor" on the profiles... It's good to have high self-esteem but taking over subjective self-assigned, high-reward positions or titles I think is narcissism and a negative skill to have when we're recruiting someone with teamwork spirit.
