The Analytics Instrumentation team is responsible for the foundation of web and product data collection in the company’s transformation.

    As the project manager for Analytics Instrumentation, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of the team and working closely with cross-functional work-streams and stakeholders across Autodesk to drive delivery of new features and adoption for both web analytics and product analytics. You will partner with the Product Managers to manage the tracking and reporting of our highly complex execution model. You will determine the best tools and processes to manage execution, stay on top of all the moving parts, and keep everyone informed of where we are, where we should be, and where we are going next.

    Responsibilities
    Project Management
    Manage tasks, deliverables, and project resources to meet objectives and timelines
    Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
    Communicate status & timelines for cross-functional team understanding
    Work with various stakeholders to prioritize requirements, process improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements
    Utilize commonly used Project Management methodologies and approaches to manage project and set expectations

    Minimum Qualifications
    Strong cross-functional project management and analytical skills
    Experience with managing engineering projects
    Problem identification, quantification, root cause analysis, and solving
    Adaptability and flexibility
    Strong Business Acumen
    Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written)
    Experience with common Project Management tools

    Preferred Qualifications
    Previous Project Management/Business Analysis experience (at least 2 years as a PjM)
    Experience in analytics project delivery
    Demonstrated ability to analyze, document requirements, and drive project success
    Education: Bachelor’s degree. Masters a plus
