    Mandatory Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years of business experience, including 5 years in a project management role successfully leading full life-cycle business and/or IT projects, on time, on budget to the client's satisfaction.
    Leadership of diverse teams composed of 5 or more people with business and IT responsibilities.
    Applied experience with structured project management principles, practices and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, etc.).
    Demonstrated ability to employ a wide variety of techniques to generate and maintain project momentum and achieve desired results in the planned timeframe.
    Project planning fundamentals: initiating, planning, estimating, resourcing, scheduling and budgeting.
    Project control fundamentals: monitoring, anticipating potential problems, identifying project conflicts, taking corrective action, resolving issues, managing scope, schedule and budget, and project reporting.
    Project communication fundamentals: speaking, writing, presenting, identifying and managing expectations, managing relationships at all levels.
    Project leadership fundamentals: delegating tasks, analyzing issues, decisiveness, seen as a good role model by others and can instill a sense of direction, purpose and teamwork with the project team.
    Experience in working with and managing vendors.
    Experience in evaluating, selecting and implementing application software applications.

    Ideally you also bring:

    Experience in a variety of industries, business areas and/or organizations.
    Experience in managing one or more of the following types of projects:
    Custom software development
    Merger Integration (IT, Finance, HR, SCM)
    Cloud/SaaS Application Implementation/Migration
    Operational Technologies (ICS, SCADA, Pi)
    Asset Management (Maximo, other)
    PMP certification.
